I have very fond memories growing up close to the Kipfer family. One in particular is at one of Albert seniors birthday parties with Helen and Ruth at the stovetop and Mickey hovering the perimeter making those thin crispy cookies sprinkled with lots of confectioners sugar. I recall grabbing the ones I thought had the most sugar. Good times. Cherish those memories.
