Obituary of Jeffrey Wutsch

Jeffrey Wutsch, 62, of Rome, passed away unexpectedly, on March 8, 2018, at the Community Medical Center in Toms River, New Jersey. He was born on October 18, 1955, in Patterson, New Jersey, a son of Leroy and Catherine Robertson Wutsch. Jeffrey was a graduate of Brick Township High School, New Jersey. He was formerly married to Sharen Lowery Wutsch. Jeffrey was employed by A.C. Moore of New Berlin, New Jersey. Jeffrey's passion in life was going to the beach, sitting in the sun and watching the tides, but his truest passion was being around his family. He is survived by his father, Leroy Wutsch, Toms River, N.J.; three sons and two daughter-in-laws, Sean and Karen Wutsch, Rome, Kristofer and Kristen Wutsch, Rome, Zachary Wutsch, Atlantic City, N.J.; a daughter, Catherine Wutsch, Rome; two brothers, George and Debbie Wutsch, Pine Beach, N.J., Brian and Maria Wutsch, Farmingdale, N.J.; and four cherished grandchildren, Justin, Carly, Matthew and Brayden Wutsch. Jeffrey was predeceased by his mother Catherine. In lieu of flowers the family asks for Memorial contributions to be made to the Golisano Children's Hospital in Syracuse NY. 1 Children's Circle, Syracuse, N.Y. 13210. Funeral services will be held on Thursday March 15, 2018, at 7:30 P.M. at Strong-Burns & Sprock Funeral Home, 7751 Merrick Road, Rome. Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday from 4-7:30 P.M. prior to the service.
