Rafeal W. Colon
Rafeal W. Colon, 41 of Rome, passed away on February 27, 2018, at Rome Memorial Hospital, after a brief illness. He was born on February 26, 1977, a son of Jose and Betty Blue Colon. Rafeal was a graduate of Rome Free Academy and was formerly employed at the Rite Aid Distribution Center of Rome.
He is survived by his parents; Betty Colon, Rome, Jose Colon, Orlando, FL; a sister, Anya E. Colon, Rome; a grandmother' Elouise Johnson, Rome; a niece, Sky A. Colon; along with several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018, at 4:00 P.M. at Strong-Burns & Sprock Funeral Home 7751 Merrick Road, Rome. Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Saturday from 12-4 P.M. at the Funeral Home. Interment will take place in the spring at Evergreen Cemetery.
