Mr. Lombino was one of my favorite teachers of all time. He was my English teacher at Denti back in 1990-91. He will be greatly missed. I moved back to the south in 1992 (Air force family) and we never had any teachers in SC like Mr. Lombino. Rest in peace Mr. Lombino.

I remember Mr. Lombino as a regular fixture at Louis V. Denti Elementary School when I attended there from 1980-1981. He even ran a liquor store on the side because my father would recognize him there. Even though I did not Mr. Lombino very well, I remember him as a very good person.

My heartfelt hugs and prayers go to all of the family and friends of Mr. Lombino. I was sad to hear of his passing. Mr. Lombino was my fifth grade teacher at LV Denti many years ago. In a sea of teachers that I had over the years, I always remembered Mr. Lombino. What stands out most to me was his ability to make all kids feel connected and welcome. You always felt he truly cared and he had an amazing sense of humor. Now a teacher myself, I have never forgotten how that made me feel. I try to make those same connections with my kids and their families. I guess I owe that in part to him. I'm only sad that I was not able to ever tell him that in person. My sincerest condolences.

I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I had Mr Lombino for 6th grade at Denti in 1984. He was a great teacher and I always enjoyed talking to him and running into him when I was in Rome. I once ran into him, Mr. Jones, and Mr. Delpiano at Fenway park in Boston! Rest in Peace!

So very sorry to hear about this. I worked at Denti with Dick for 13 years.
Dick was a fun guy, a sincere and loving person who truly cared about others. He always made me laugh. Such a clown. I haven't seen him in several years; the last time I saw him he told me about moving to Deerfield to be near his daughter and her family. He was so happy to have a grandson. So sorry. Remember, one day we will all be again so this is only goodbye for now. Thoughts and best wishes for you all at this very sad time.

Cousin Jennifer,
Your father was a great guy. I always remember him coming to visit over my grandparent's house on North Charles Street. I enjoyed his company. He was a hard worker, and very talented. He will be missed. I am so very sorry for your loss. My condolences to you and your family.
