Was my music teacher when I attended Louis V. Denti Elementary School 1980-1981. She really made music class a lot of fun which I really appreciate now. She is a good example of serving her community. Heaven has now gained an angel.

Though my sister and I took piano lessons for only a few years, Ms. Phillips became a member of our family, often joining us for holiday and birthday celebrations. When i was in Upstate NY in 2019 we learned that she was in a nursing home; very glad that i got to see her - she looked quite well, so this news is somewhat of a surprise and very sad. A beautiful soul; rest in peace my friend.
