Dear Sestito family, it's with great sadness that Vince & I send this memorial message. We both met Nick, about 4 years ago when my Mom was a patient @ Rome Memorial Hospital. He was a super nice guy. Always joking, smiling & making our visit so much easier as time went by. Doing what ever needed to be done. We enjoyed his visits to 3rd floor North.Our most deepest & heartfelt sympathy to you all, with your loss. May you find comfort in knowing others care & care your loss. God bless you all. Sending heartfelt condolences to Terri and the Sestito family. Nick was one in a million who did not miss a chance to share a laugh and a kind word. He truly was an asset to the family at RMH. He certainly made my retirement party a memorable one...Rock and Roll heaven has certainly gained someone special. Terri and the Sestito family, please accept my deepest sympathies in the loss of Nick. I worked at Rome Hospital for many years and can't remember a time when I saw Nick that he wasn't smiling. When I saw his picture in the paper I thought that was the Nick I knew. I remember him as one of the good guys.

When I was just a little boy,Nick would come around,he told some great stories,he would make us laugh,he even helped put the roof on our house,he was a music lover,he got me hooked on the beatles when he came over and made me an album.
And I've loved him ever since.
House parties,gatherings,playing music at the dance,he loved to entertain.
We hung out many of times,and always enjoyed his company.
The man would do anything for anybody.
His love,witty humor,and generousity is forever ingrained in our Families heart.
RIP to a man with a heart of gold.

Working with nick at Rome hospital was different every day with him. We had some good days and some bad day. But all were good when we all got along in the early day. He will be missed. I'm sorry I didn't get to see him lately. Take care Nick.
