Obituary of Frances M. Ott

Frances M. Ott Frances M. Ott, 60, of Rome, passed away on July 23, 2019, at the Oneida Extended Care Facility. She was born on February 21, 1959, a daughter of the late James and Mary Waterman Ott. Frances was a graduate of R.F.A. and was formerly employed by Rome Memorial Hospital. She was a member of St. Peter's Church and was an avid bingo player. Frances is survived by two children, Christopher Whitman, and Angela Ott (Daniel), Rome; three sisters, Patricia Peterson, Rome, Linda Ott, OH, Kimberly (Wayne) Hines, Rome; five brothers, Joseph (Elizabeth) Ott, Jeffery (Jennifer) Ott, Timothy Ott, Michael (Gina) Ott and Ronald (Gina) Ott, Rome; seven grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews. Frances was predeceased by two brothers, James and Donald Ott. Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Monday, July 29, 2019, from 2-5 P.M. at Strong- Burns & Sprock Funeral Home 7751 Merrick Road, Rome. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, at 11:00 A.M. at St. Peter's Cemetery.
