Obituary of Nancy J. Seaton

Nancy Jane Seaton Nancy J. Seaton, 70, of Georgian Arms Apartments, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 21, 2019. She was born on December 21, 1948, a daughter of the late William and Dorothy Hawkins Seaton. Nancy attended Rome Schools and graduated from R.F.A. in 1968. She worked at various jobs, working at Neisners, McCrory's and lastly Turning Stone Casino, until the time of her disability and retirement. Nancy will always be remembered for her contagious smile, great sense of humor and the endless love she had for her family and friends. She is survived by two brothers, Donald (Edna) Seaton, James (Colleen) Seaton; along with many nieces and nephews including, Scott (Kathy) Ramsdale, Ron (Michele) Ramsdale, Amy (Jon) Schultz, Kierra and Garrett, Jimmy Seaton and daughter Nora, Joshua (Jessica) Seaton, Jeremy (fiancé Sarah Bastedo) Seaton, Jon (Rissa) Seaton, Erin and Samantha Ramsdale, Ashley and Heather Ramsdale and Jamie Seaton, all of whom she treated like sons and daughters. She also had many friends, but two very special friends, Pam Hylla and Ann Marie Pelton, who were a big part of her life. Nancy was predeceased by a brother, William Seaton Jr. a sister, Carol Ramsdale and niece Amber Seaton. In keeping with Nancy's wishes funeral services are private. There are no calling hours.
