Frank L. Coleman
Frank L. Coleman Sr., 67, of Rome, passed away on October 26, 2018. He was born on October 27, 1950, in Moultrie, Ga, a son of the late Johnnie and Mae Frances Ponder Coleman. On October 18, 1968, he was united in marriage to Geraldine Carswell.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Geraldine; two daughters and sons-in-law, Antoinette and Anthony Groomes, Rome, Karen and Keith Casolare, Canastota; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Franks was predeceased by a son, Frank L. Coleman Jr.; two grandchildren, Brett and Tyrell Coleman.
Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, November 1st from 4-7 P.M. at Strong-Burns and Sprock Funeral Home 7751 Merrick Road, Rome. Funeral services will take place on Friday at 12:00 P.M. at Mount Calvary Baptist Church in Rome. Interment will take place in Evergreen Cemetery, Stokes.
